Imagine indoor lighting adapts the environment we live in. That the indoor lighting changes after our behaviour, feelings and the daylight outside.

Associate Professor Kjell Yngve Petersen research in adaptive lighting.
In this video Kjell Yngve Petersen has made a 1:1 installation called The White Cube made of steel, white canvas and LED-lights.
LED-Lights has the ability to change in colour and intensity.
In this research project volunteers are exposed to different settings of adaptive lighting controlled by a computer. 

The research project is an interdisciplinary cooperation between IT University of Copenhagen and The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Schools of Architecture, Design and Conservation.
