Klaus Østergaard, EA Consultant and External Lecturer at the IT University of Copenhagen, comments on the future challenges that IT organizations face. According to Klaus, the main challenge is that the processes that the IT department relates to now start outside of the company instead of inside, which will force the IT organizations to adapt.
